This is a refreshing, summery cocktail that I made up while trying to think of things to do with Limoncello that I had. They go down easy, but they're strong so be careful. Enjoy!!

    Recipe #457418

So this isn't the healthiest breakfast in town, but it is really really good. It would be great as part of a brunch or as a sweet treat alone....You can find dulce de leche at most supermarkets.

    Recipe #285798

I got this out of a garlic-themed cookbook. It's great for lunch or as a side for a cold-weather dinner.

    Recipe #277073

I got this out of a grocery store coupon book. We use this one a lot. It's really easy and uses ingredients that are always on hand. It's quick and the flavor is light, but great.

    Recipe #276876

I'm such a huge fan of capers, and caperberries are a little tougher to come by, but this is a quick and tasty recipe if you do. You can also substitute mussels for clams.....

    Recipe #275044

My mom always makes these. It seems like an odd combination, and they're a little strong, but they ARE good........

    Recipe #274760

This is a variation of 2 different recipes from Bon Appetit. It does take awhile, but the actual hands-on time isn't bad. I made this for Christmas Eve dinner and it was a HUGE hit.

    Recipe #274759

Yum. This is one of my favorites. You can obviously improvise with the veggies, but this sauce is like heaven to me.

    Recipe #274756

This is quick and easy and I love the flavor of the sauce. You can either grill or broil the swordfish. Chinese plum sauce can be found in the Asian section of most supermarkets.

    Recipe #274751

This is an easy meal that's healthy and quick.

    Recipe #271097

This is so good when it's cold outside. Pretty quick and very flavorful.

    Recipe #270970

This is a Martha Stewart recipe that I tore out of a magazine because it looked less complicated than most of her stuff. Its' easy and really good with jasmine or basmati rice.

    Recipe #270965

Pumpkin takes a while in the oven to soften, so you have to be willing to let it bake a couple of hours, but in my opinion, it's well worth the wait.

    Recipe #255291

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it's perfect for a fall get-together and very hearty.

    Recipe #255124

I think this is an old Martha Stewart recipe. I haven't tried this one in a long time, but I remember it being very good. You will need a candy thermometer for this.

    Recipe #240704

You can really use this on just about anything. It's really good with pasta or as a topper to fish or chicken. This is one of my all-time favorite recipes.

    Recipe #240656

I found this recipe in a 1993 Bon Appetit. I bought some wild mushrooms at the farmer's market, and wanted to use them with salmon I had, but you could easily do this with steak too. I would recommend any kind of mushrooms except for your average button or morels (the flavor wouldn't be good with the fish I don't think). The clam juice is not the tomato-based one - it's sort of clear, but in the same aisle.

    Recipe #239379

I'm obsessed with cucumbers right now - they're really refreshing when it's so hot outside. I decided to try them in a gin and tonic, and it turned out really well.

    Recipe #239347

My mon makes these every year for the holidays. The meringue can be pokey, but they are really delicious.

    Recipe #239269

This is a great comfort food - perfect in cool weather. It goes well with a variety of main dishes, and is very easy.
