My husband got this original receipe from his mom, but he has since made his own modifications. It's one of my faves and he has even made it for co-workers and they love it. I hope you will love it too!

    Recipe #353663

This recipe is a hodgepodge of ideas that I've gotten from other people when they have made chile con queso. I've tried to make chile con queso with other ingredients, many different times and in many different ways. After many trials I have decided that this version is the best and easiest. I use this recipe very often. I most recently took it to a Fourth of July Potluck Party. It's very good for large parties and is "idiot proof." I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

    Recipe #313762

My neighbor is going through a divorce and is on a limited budget. This recipe came out of necessity to save money and it turned out to be very good. It’s a cheap, easy and yummy dinner or snack. You can also use crackers instead of the tortilla chips and add some salsa for a kick. I hope you enjoy it.

If you love red enchiladas this is a fast, easy and non-messy way to enjoy them. This recipe is also great for potlucks.

    Recipe #245222

I found the original recipe on allrecipe.com several years ago. I have since made modifications for picky eaters. Sometimes I even add green chilies. I hope you enjoy.

I got this recipe from a co-worker. I typically prefer red enchiladas, but this recipe is really good and super easy. You can even add boiled shredded chicken if that's your thing. I hope you enjoy!!!

I got this recipe from a friend for my house warming party last year. It's so easy to make and so good! She makes it from memory every time...I still need directions. I hope you enjoy it.

This recipe was passed down to me by my MIL. It was passed down to her by a friend she had when she lived in Milwaukee, WI, over 30 years ago. It was initially intended as a steak sauce, but I also use it on mashed potatoes in lieu of gravy.
