    I found this recipe in a pampered chef cookbook called, "It's Good For You!" This light version of a normally high fat entree is creamy and delicious and doesn't taste like "diet food". Give it a try, you will be glad you did. * According to the cookbook it has 300 calories and 8 g. of fat per serving.

    This is a prize winning recipe in Cook's Country magazine (slightly modified). It is a delicious chowder with a twist...it has corn muffin mix as a thickening agent. The sweet potatoes also add something a little different from the usual chowder. An added bonus is that it goes together fairly quickly. This received rave reviews from my weekly soup night gang.     I got this from the Cuisine at Home Holiday Cookbook. These are delicious! A moist coconut dough is wrapped around an almond hershey kiss. The cookie is chewy on the outside with a chocolate almond surprise inside. It's almost a cross between a cookie and a candy. Mmmmmm.
