it sounds way too healthy (and it is) but dang! it is GOOD. try it. give about 45 minutes from start to finish.
If you don't have cooked brown rice lying around, start that first and foremost.

My mother made this recipe. I have cut the butter in half and replaced it with chicken stock. feel free to go the "old" way to see how it was when I was growing up. Very very good. Kids like a lot (Don't mention the vinegar to them.)
