This is actually a very hearty vegetarian stew. Serve up a bowl on a cold blistery winter day. Add a chunk of hot sweet corn bread and you've got a good meal!

    Recipe #491097

I like to keep a can of tamales on hand for this quick dinner treat. Top with sliced avocado and a spoonful of cottage cheese or sour cream.

    Recipe #491050

....mmmm, good! You'd think they were barbecued wieners you'd grilled outside, instead baked in the oven. Add this with my favorite Potato Celery Supreme dish, and green beans on the side and you have a meal!

    Recipe #491049

I found this recipe many years ago when I was a new cook, and found the stuff you make from a can just didn't cut it for me. Plus it's so simple, truly sloppy and oh so yummy!

    Recipe #491048

This recipe was found in an old cookbook passed down to me as an apartment warming gift years ago. I love it because it's the least amount of ingredients a huge amount of flavor. I always serve with my Barbecue Franks and a side of green beans. Enjoy!

    Recipe #491042

Hold the beans on my slow-cooked chili mac, please! I can't recall where I found this recipe, but it's a good one. Easily works as well, on the stovetop, if you need to eat sooner.

    Recipe #490925

I forgot where I found this recipe, I've had it for years, but I do remember these tacos are so good! Spice them up with chopped fresh jalapeno chilies, if you like. The original recipe calls for corn oil, but I use canola oil. You are certainly in for a treat. Enjoy!

    Recipe #397110

I love this breakfast idea. My own homemade fast food breakfast combo. It is better if made a day ahead of time.

    Recipe #262833

I love seafood tacos and enchiladas. Cut this recipe out of a local newspaper. I didn't quite know what to expect at first, but these are really good.
