Tequila; Strawberries! I have nothing else to say. :)

    Recipe #362481

Red because it has red potatoes and devil because it is spicy. Feel free to seed the jalapeno if you don't like it hot! PREP TIME INCLUDES COOLING TIME!

    Recipe #360114

I got the idea for a stuffed meatloaf from Shaye on the site; however, as mine evolved it became a whole different animal (or loaf if you will). I have to give Shaye credit for the technique!

    Recipe #355252

This was a last minute creation I made when trying to use up some hamburger that was about to overstay its welcome in my fridge. This is a great comfort food!

    Recipe #352962

These cookies were always my favorite growing up. They are a light crispy sugar cookie that melts in your mouth! I make these every year to remind me of Grandma.

    Recipe #347542

My boyfriend is crazy about stuffing and I have tried to find as many ways as possible to incorporate it into dinner. This is great for a weeknight dinner or can be doubled and used for a holiday dinner.

    Recipe #347146

I received this recipe years ago from a woman in one of my education classes. Since then I have been making them every year for my Christmas cookies plate. Note: If made as follows, expect a very thin crispy cookie. I usually add 1/3 cup of flour to make the cookies a little chewier. Either way, they taste great!!!!!

    Recipe #346996

I was making oven fried onion rings, and had some left over breading. I decided to try it on pickle chips and it turned out great.

    Recipe #330127

I am not a fan of fried foods. After trying a few different oven baked recipes, I came up with this one. Feel free to cut out the jalapeno or lessen the cayenne if you don't like spicy rings.

    Recipe #330074

My boyfriend loves miracle whip and loves mustard, so I came up with this recipe to compliment his sandwiches at work. This works great on everything. We first had it with toasted chicken club sandwiches, but the possibilities are endless. We even use it as a spicy chip dip for veggies or potato chips! Use light Miracle Whip and no-fat sour cream to make this a guilt free spread!

    Recipe #330072

I came up with this recipe one night when my bf wanted sloppy joes. We had a surplus of jalapenos from the garden, so I decided to spice them up. This was the final result and he claims it is "unparalleled." Feel free to down the spice by using mild or medium salsa or omitting the jalapeno.

    Recipe #321470

I adapted this recipe from Eating Well magazine. This dish can be easily prepared anytime of year you are craving BBQ. Leave out or adjust the jalapenos according to you tolerance to spice.

    Recipe #315661

This recipe is so close to my heart. When I was young, I refused to eat my other Grandmother's banana bread because it wasn't like Grandma Joyce's. When I went off to college, my Grandma mailed me a loaf every couple weeks. (I even fell down my dorm stairs one time rushing down to pick up my package containing banana bread.) It has been six years or so since she passed. Now, when I miss her terribly, I bake loaf after loaf of her bread and give it away to share the joy I felt every time I received her special packages.

    Recipe #311552

Finally, a moist delicious turkey burger! I cooked the vegetables before mixing them in, but they can just as easily be added raw. Also, don't worry if a lot of the cheese runs out; it is mostly used to add fat to the turkey to avoid the dry turkey burger many of us are used to.

    Recipe #308961

I have to give credit to Asha who posted the original turkey and potato enchilada recipe I tried (recipe #152343). I was getting ready to make them again, but my bf wanted shredded turkey instead of ground turkey. Therefore, he inspired this creation. The time can be cut down by using leftover turkey or cooking on the stove top instead of crock pot.

    Recipe #307499

I came up with this recipe while stuck at home during the first ice storm of the year. I suggest garnishing with sharp cheddar and tortilla chips. It is definitely comfort food.

    Recipe #269355

COOKING TIME INCLUDES COOKING PORK LOIN AND CROCK POT TIME! After pouring over numerous Mexican cookbooks, my boyfriend's mother and I came up with this recipe for our day after Thanksgiving Mexican fiesta. After a tortilla making lesson from the boyfriend's aunt, we used this meat for tacos. The next day, I made awesome pork enchiladas. The possibilities are endless!!

    Recipe #267944

(Warning: you may want to open a window and shut off the smoke detector when preparing this dish). I received this recipe from a coworker, but I tripled the recipe to kick it up. I serve this with Alfredo and bow tie pasta. This is great dish for company and I guarantee if they love spice they will ask for it again.

    Recipe #216281

This is a very easy dish I made by throwing together ingredients I had lying around the house. It can be jazzed up by replacing the cheddar with pepper jack cheese. I also like to boil pickled jalepenos with my potatoes to infuse them with spice. This makes a great side dish or make it a meal by adding ground turkey or chicken.
