One of our favorite fast and easy shrimp dinners - serve with Asian noodles. I found this in Cooking Light Magazine - posting so that I can determine the nutrition amounts.

    Recipe #511849

This is a simple recipe that is more of a "Stewp" than a soup because it's nice and thick. I spice it up by using the ingredients marked "hot" or cool it down by using ingredients marked "mild". The choice is yours. Serve topped with dollop of sour cream and freshly baked corn muffins.

    Recipe #507254

This is a basic recipe that I use to put together a quick breakfast. It makes 6 servings so I freeze the left over slices and then microwave the extra servings throughout the week for a quick and healthy breakfast. Swap out the meat, veggies and cheese for variations.

    Recipe #506400

I found this recipe on a flyer from our local grocery store. This recipe is really easy to make and these burgers are much less expensive to make then buying them at the store. I make my own black beans and then make a bunch of these then freeze them so I have them on hand.

My dad used to work at Delco Electronics and a coworker of his gave him this recipe. It's become our family favorite recipe and I usually get rave reviews when I make it. It's simple to make and you can spice it up if you want. Serve it with all your favorite toppings. I usually make this in the slow cooker.

I love cranberry BBQ sauce and can't always find it so I searched around and combined some ideas and came up with this. I love it on pork!

    Recipe #489816

I found this to be just the right amount and consistency for a perfect graham cracker crust for cheese cake.

I love this recipe because it's not too "bready" as some breakfast casseroles are. A co-worker made this for a function and I fell in love with it and asked her for her recipe. I've used this for a base recipe and added some sauted veggies and changed cheeses on occasion but I've always kept the same basic ingredients.

    Recipe #478997

Healthy and flavorful. I love this as a side with any Southwest inspired dish. So easy to put together and ready in just about an hour. Cooking time is chill time.

    Recipe #478137

I love these because they are so easy to prepare and I can freeze them and then warm them in the microwave and have them for breakfast on the go.

    Recipe #477972

Tangy and different. A nice choice to go along with fish tacos. I have used rice wine vinegar when I ran out of white balsamic.

    Recipe #473549

I got this recipe from a friend of mine - It's fantastic over rice. It's easy to make and fancy enough for company.

    Recipe #466306

Easy recipe from Athens Mini Fillo Cups website. The 1 hour is chill time - not cooking time.

I couldn't find a recipe with both coconut milk and curry - so I came up with this. It works for our family and I hope you like it, too.

    Recipe #458700

I found this recipe online - I'm posting this so that I can find it again:) This is the best tasting icing I've had. Very easy to pipe. Add extra confectioners sugar or cream as needed to get to the desired texture for your decorating needs. I have been playing around with the ingredients - I added 1/4 cup raspberry jelly to the icing - I'm going to try peanut butter another time. Adjust ingredients until you get the consistency you're looking for. Have fun with this recipe!

    Recipe #454772

This recipe is from Cooking Light magazine and I am posting it so that I can keep it in one of my cookbooks rather than lose the recipe after I've torn it out of the magazine! This is soooo fantastic! Easy to make if you are in a hurry and fancy enough to serve to company.

    Recipe #449403

An adaption from a recipe I found online - this one's really healthy and I serve it with whole wheat pasta for even more nutrition. I also used more chipotle chili in adobo for my taste.

    Recipe #449358

This is our favorite stew recipe at our house. We call it Beef Stroganoff - but it doesn't follow the traditional. We serve it with Uncle Ben's Original Recipe Wild Rice Mix. The original recipe does not call for sour cream - but I add it just before serving - which is why we call it beef stroganoff at our house. I have also made this in the crock pot.

Credit goes to Dawn for these Walnuts! I found this recipe on another website and I am posting this on this website because it's where I keep all my recipes and will want to make these again! I used them in a salad and everyone raved - they couldn't put their finger on what made the walnuts so good (it's the cinnamon).
