Have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. These are healthy, low fat and just plain yummy. Enjoy! If you want to make muffins- grease your loaf pan and bake at the same temperature for 50 min or until a toothpick comes clean

a yummy vegetable beef soup, the tomato juice makes all the difference- i use vegetable juice. I think the name is derived from a story of all these friends making soup together. They start with a stone, and all add in one ingredient, until they have a meal they can share together. Isn’t that heartwarming??? i got this recipe from my friend Sue. I like to serve this with my recipe for Ags Muffins to complete the meal

So yummy and a nice kick to it thanks to the hot Italian sausage. My extended family requests this whenever we get together for lasagna. It's a little pricey to make, but it's so good, an worth it. I got this from the back of Western Family lasagna noodles

A recipe from a friend in college, brings back good memories every time i make it. Delicious, easy to make and yummy just plain, but I dress it up with butter and all fruit jam, and it’s great. I modified it to make it healthier. I left the original recipe in parentheses.
