A nice moist loaf and a great way to use some of the zucchini that is growing faster than I can use at this time of the year. If you don't have a convection oven bake for 45 minutes. I like to sprinkle a sugar/ cinnamon mixture on the top of each loaf.

    Recipe #385825

Good iced tea, more sugar may be added if you find it too sour for your taste. Mix in a large pitcher.

    Recipe #382588

A healthy bread with lots of grains. One mini loaf is plenty for 2 people, which is why I make mini loaves. The rest can be frozen for another time.

    Recipe #371917

Everyone that has eaten this casserole loves it, even if they think they don't like squash. I cook my squash in the microwave. My a slit for the steam to escape and cook at no more than 70% power.

    Recipe #389028

A nice moist loaf with raisins and walnuts. I use apple sauce instead of oil and whole wheat flour.

    Recipe #387795

A tasty way to use beets. I use chicken or vegetable Oxo cubes for my stock.

    Recipe #382552

We enjoy this recipe for breakfast or an evening meal with toast. The green onion and pepper are optional. I use my large 8 inch square Corning wear for a pan.

    Recipe #357382

Much like Bick's sweet mixed pickles. I buy a jar of pickled onions to add to my pickles on DAY 8.

    Recipe #321747

Low Fat recipe. I add glace cherries, fruit peel, chocolate chips or M&M's to this recipe. If I'm wanting more fiber I substitute 1/2 of the flour with 1 cup whole wheat flour. Use very ripe bananas.

    Recipe #258862

A nice cake frosting that isn't too sweet. For the Whipped Dessert Topping, I use Dream Whip. One recipe makes ample frosting for an 9" x 12" cake.
