    Recipe #182527

From the Telegraph Magazine (Daily Telegraph UK) 19th Aug 2006 in association with Waitrose promotion "Local Food Heroes".

    Recipe #182470

From Miranda Sharp in "The Age" Epicure. Very easy to make and makes a large quantity. Good for school lunches and can be frozen.

    Recipe #149513

This excellent recipe was published in the Melbourne Age in the lead up to Christmas 2002. Maggie Beer is a very well respected cook here in Australia. It is a lovely, moist, rich, fruit cake and everyone who tasted it loved it. I actually soaked the fruit in brandy for three weeks and topped the brandy up a few times, which no doubt improved the flavour even more! Prep time does not include soaking the fruit.

Easy, prepare-ahead recipe. The most time consuming part is making the crepes.

This recipe was given to me by my Welsh cousin in-law and has become a family favourite for special occasions. It is easy to make, tastes great and looks very impressive when brought to the table.Recipe quantities are for a 2lb (1kg) salmon. Multiply up as required for larger fish.
