By the way, you need a high speed blender or food processor to make this (Vita Mix, Blendtec, etc.) Got this recipe from the Raw Mom blog. This recipe was from Tera Warner.

    Recipe #363941

Recipe by Mark Rosenstein of The Market Place Restaurant in Ashville, NC.

    Recipe #363937

From Marks Daily Apple for all the low carbing primals out there!

    Recipe #363932

From Mark's Daily Apple! You can use shrimp or fish too! When I made this I found out that you don't want to try this was partially frozen chicken - your meat has to be completely thawed. Also the coconut cooks very fast so it helps if your meat is already cut up into bit sized pieces so the coconut doesn't burn while the chicken is still raw on the inside.

    Recipe #363925

From Mark's Daily Apple. These taste much more "meaty" than regular pancakes. They taste pretty good with some butter and real grade B maple syrup.

    Recipe #363915

From the July/August 1997 issue of American Girl magazine.

    Recipe #363552

When I was 9 years old, I got my own first magazine subscription to American Girl magazine. The very first issue I got was the July/August 1997 edition and it has 6 drink recipes in it. I think I read the issue about a million times and I begged my mom to let me make this recipe. It was delicious!

    Recipe #363546

Raw Foodie Sarma Melngailis's recipe for RAW fudge! These should be stored, covered, in the freezer.

    Recipe #363074

Ani Phyo made this recipe for raw foodies and you can watch her make it here:

    Recipe #363071

Another Ani Phyo recipe!!! You have to have a dehydrator for these brownies. Great for the Raw Foods Community!

    Recipe #363068

Another recipe from Ani Phyo's blog. Watch her make this recipe here: They aren't real donut holes but they're shaped as such.

    Recipe #363059

From Raw Foodie Ani Phyo! I love dates - but I especially love fresh dates. I believe this recipe uses dried ones though :( Ani, in her blog said she taught, "a holiday raw cookie making class for kids at a Joy Shop in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA. These sugar free, wheat free, gluten free, organic, raw food, natural, healthy, and delicious cookies are simple to make."

    Recipe #363055

Another Ani Phyo recipe from her blog for all the raw foodies out there!

    Recipe #363030

    Recipe #362600

"Oreo crumb crust. Creamy cheesecake. Fudgy brownies. Chocolate ganache glaze." Found on I've made the brownies only but used honey instead of sugar. They aren't very sweet - perfect for adding into a rich cheesecake - not perfect for just a brownie by themselves. They do have an awesome texture perfect for the cheesecake!

Looks great! Tweaked a recipe I found on to make this.

    Recipe #362581

Commercial deoderants' active ingredient is aluminum - which has been linkedy to alzheimer's. I haven't had a lot of luck with the natural aluminum free deoderants from the store - they don't seem to work well at all. Here's a recipe to make your own. The only thing you need is an empty container from regular deoderant. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This recipe is from

    Recipe #361814

These look divine! From the Kerrygold web site (they make the BEST butter ever!!!) Note: You can substitute Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter with Garlic and Herbs and omit fresh herbs
