Cranberry Buttercream. Yes. I couldn't find a recipe for it, so I made one myself. I just grabbed some cranberry jelly that I made from the freezer, melted it, and made a buttercream the normal way...WHIP IT! I hope you like this one. Works great with the Duncan Hines Pineapple flavored cake mix.
I was hungry for egg salad but wanted it to have a bit more omphf and some more protein to last in my gut, so I added tuna. I have both mayo and miracle whip in the recipe just in case some don't like the tang of miracle whip, so it tones it down somewhat.
I found this on Pinterest and decided to give it a go. This recipe doesn't use sugar and adapts well when you use all purpose flour instead of the whole wheat pastry flour it calls for. It is a loose batter, but bakes up nicely. A great, subtle banana flavor!
I had some chicken breasts lying around in the freezer and had a taste for something Spanish inspired. I grabbed flavors I knew would work and dumped it all in the crock-pot for five or six hours. Turned out great!!
