Our Family loves this cake! Anytime we serve it, or give it in our GiftBaskets...everyone wants the recipe! You cannot tell it has Zucchini in it, but it makes for a very moist, tender cake. I took a few old recipes for Zucchini cakes and made some changes, ending up with this wonderful recipe! You can make it different each time, by adding raisins, or cranberries, blueberries, peaches, apples, pineapple, etc. I usually make it in a 13X9 pan and cut it into five nice sized loaves, for sharing or freezing! The cinnamon and cloves give it such a great flavor, and the aroma when baking is awesome!

This is such a great recipe! We have people in the family on diets and who are Diabetics, who can enjoy this pie with the entire family!Who would believe it tastes so creamy and good! It only has two medium bananas in the entire pie! This is a family favorite of ours, which was originally from Mr. Food Recipes. We like to garnish it with toasted coconut, or shaved chocolate, and sliced bananas!Hope you enjoy it as much as everyone who has enjoyed this pie at our home.

Wonderful change for a Salad! What a great blend of tastes, Oranges, Spinach and Italian Dressing!Plus it's lo-cal and okay for Diabetics! This makes a double batch of Dressing, so you can keep half of it, covered in the frig for a quick salad anytime! (This Dressing is also great with grilled chicken! You can use other Veggies with it also!) This was a featured recipe from Mr. Food. We love it...hope you try it!

Also, we cook up some cleaned fresh asparagus spears, quickly in the microwave, then chill the asparagusin the frig...then dip the spears into this dip! M-m-m-m! (You can also grill veggies, and use the dip with them..really great!)Lovely anytime dip...but, love the freshness of the dill and lemon, mostly in the summer months.

Real Comfort Food! This is such a different recipe for Pierogies. We love the change from regular pierogies. These potato filled dough pockets taste soo good when made this way! When we have leftover regular pierogies, we make a casserole of these! Yummm! You can vary the recipe with different "add-ins" also. We add different chopped veggies, or ham, or bacon, etc.Really a great no-meat dish, also!

Even people who don't like cabbage have enjoyed this recipe! Really tasty and different. We have made this with coleslaw mix,(in the greens section of your market) to save time with shredding the cabbage! It is really a quick and easy casserole...great tasting, and versatile! We have added different things to it, changing it often. (example: cubed ham, green peppers, tuna, etc)Very inexpensive meal.Great for a "change" of veggie!
