This is a rich and delicious vegetarian dish that I came up with when I realized that cooking rice in cream of coconut is really, really good.
A recipe so authentic that I had to convert from grams and translate from French! These waffles are rich and delicious (don't bother with syrup!), and the basic recipe is from a Belgian friend of mine.
This recipe is so simple it can hardly be called a recipe. But it's so good! Great on bread or crackers. On pita, this is my favorite sandwich.
This cake is very easy. It has no eggs, no butter, no dairy, and is made in the pan you bake it in. Kids can make it. Everyone can eat it. And it's good! Especially with ice cream...
I have been in love with these bon-bons since I was a little kid, and now my friends have disovered them and keep asking me to make them some. :)
A tangy, flavorful pasta dish and one of my personal favorites.
I got this idea from an almond ravioli recipe...this is a modified version of its filling. It's very good...mmmm...
