Why wait til the holidays? Indulge! Serve warm with ice cream or chilled with whipped cream. This is a little something Bird created. :) NOTE: We love Sam's idea of a cream cheese layer in there also, Suggest 8 oz cream cheese whipped with 2 tbsp sugar, and put on before the pumpkin layer. :)

A great dinner all rolled up into one and baked in a casserole dish. This is a great recipe for using up leftovers, and looks elegant too.

Mmm.... A delicious and healthy dessert treat. Do not use fresh or frozen fruit for this recipe. The gelatin will not set up. Cook time is time in the refrigerator. This doesn't taste a lot like a creamsicle, but it's delicious all the same, and the coconut really adds to this dessert.

This is a divine little treat! You can use just about any small candies, chocolate chips, or even gumdrop minis (okay, so that's not chocolate, but still yummy). Makes a great Easter treat to add to baskets or decorate a serving table. Also try this with candy bars chopped in small pieces. Where's that Snickers bar??? NOTE: Since the first review in June 2009, I have revised the recipe and it works now. :)

Cooking in a cast iron skillet is the true cowboy way and no one knows about cowboy cooking more than the famous outlaw, 'Johnny Jalapeno'! Rumor has it he was almost lynched by the famed McDaniel gang over this recipe. They shouted "This ain't no derned cowboy supper, ain't no beans in it!" Well, Johnny ran quick as lightning over to the campfire, and made another skillet supper, this time adding the last can of beans he had! Saved his life them beans did! ;) Also try Johnny's Recipe #266664.

You have two choices here: Either refrigerate this as a Ganache and use it to make truffles or to frost cakes, or opt to add a couple more ingredients and turn it into a delicious creamy chocolate Italian ice cream (aka Gelato). Enjoy cocktails? try Recipe #377198 using the gelato from this recipe. :)

This recipe is for those who say "This ain't hot!" This can be made using chicken, pork, or beef cubes. Make up a variety for your next cook-out! You can opt to add some pineapple chunks onto the skewer mix, but it don't tame it much, This here's some Hot K-bobs! Shhhh..... This is one of Johnny Jalapeno's secret recipes!

I don't care much for potato chips alone, but when I dine out and they serve them as a side to burgers, I just put em right in the burger. It adds a wonderful crunch to plain ole burgers (Ruffles work great, but regular or any flavor chip will do. Try BBQ flavored!). We hope you enjoy the fun in this recipe. This is yummy (and versatile) sauce to use over steaks, chicken, pork chops, veal, etc. You can even try it on seafood, poached eggs, baked potatoes, or even steamed veggies. A lovely accompaniment to just about any dish.

Very big, very southern. This is Texas, and THIS is definitely a 'man' sandwich! Notes: If using Recipe #251960 for the pulled pork, then you will not need the prepared chili.

We created this recipe for when the family is divided on how they want potatoes with their meal. Fried, mashed, and twice baked all in one! It looks great for company too.

This is a great brunch item to make the night before. You can also cook it right away. Note that there is no added sugar because you will get the sweetness from the syrup. I increase the bread to 6 slices and it tastes great to us that way. You can use whole wheat or sourdough too. Really up to you. :)
