    My younger brother, David, attended cooking school years ago and this was one of the recipes he taught the whole family to make. He has since passed, but this recipe will live on forever. It's very sweet and even if you don't like carrots, which I don't, you will love this recipe.

    This roast is so tender and juicy and has a sweet tangy sauce that will melt in your mouth.I got this from another website and tweaked it to my likings. I roast this is a glass baking dish on top of an onion cut into 4 pieces. If you are preparing a larger roast just double the ingredients. The sauce is also good on rice if you'd like. Prep time does not include marinating time. I plate this with the onions that were in the bottom-oh so good!

    I got this recipe off the side of a Bisquick box over 20 years ago. It's the best cake I've ever had. They took the recipe off the box so I e-mailed them and asked them to send it to me. I don't eat a lot of sweets, but this is one I could eat everyday. I changed the coconut to Wheaties as I can't see a crumb cake with coconut. I've always made it with Wheaties. I also double the topping because it's so sweet and good, but I wrote the recipe as it's called for. Hope you enjoy this. By the way they've since put this recipe back on the box.

    I got this from the Taste of Home website. The original recipe calls for a fully cooked ham but I always use an uncooked ham and cook it myself, you just have to cook it longer but a cooked ham would do just as well. This is the best ham I've ever had...honestly!

    When my cousin, Claudia, visits from Arizona I HAVE to make these for her. The addition of beer in them makes them extra creamy and soft on the inside.I know it's not a lot of beer and I've been known to drink the rest of the bottle just so it doesn't go to waste-makes for a nice nap after breakfast LOL. I love these potatoes and always cook two eggs, over medium, and put right on top of the potatoes and mix it all together. YUM!! I aslo add cream cheese to my baked potatoes as well and it's just as good. Hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

    My younger sister, Mona, loves when I make these and they're so simple to make and soooo good!! It sounds like a wierd combination but it's really cheap and good. She named them Jill Samwiches because I was just playing around in the kitchen one day and came up with this. I've even added an egg to this sandwich before-not very healthy but oh so good.     My mom has been making this cornbread for over 40 years-I'm sure she got it from my grandma who was from Kentucky. It's not a sweet cornbread-just as good though. My father would take the leftovers and break a piece up in a glass of milk and eat it like cereal. It's very good. We always cook this in a cast iron skillet.

    These potato skins are served up at a local restaurant and they are very good. Crispy with lots of flavor and you can vary to your likings. Enjoy!! I have updated this recipe to a broiler method. I met someone who used to work at this local restaurant and she informed me that they, in fact, broil them as opposed to deep frying. The broiler method is the best tasting and turn out with a much better texture.

    I've been using this recipe for years. My sister named it Pumpkin Dip because she says she can taste pumpkin in it-I think it comes from the brand of chili. At any rate it's awesome and so easy to put together. I cook it in my fondu pot which also keeps it warm for parties and such. You can add additional ingrediants-I've added hamburger, green onions, onions, the options are endless-it's up to your taste. Enjoy

    This is a very cool cherry dessert that I make every year at Christmas as one of my desserts. I got it off the Kraft website and it's delicious. If you like cherries, and angel food cake you will love this. The kids all love it!! If you can't find the 8 oz box of gelatin-which I couldn't-I just used the closest amount-same goes for the pudding-wasn't sure of the ounces-I just know it was 2 small boxes. Enjoy

She got it off of another website but doesn't remember which one. It's also very easy to make. You could easily use frozen cranberries but she always uses fresh.
