I'm not a big fan of shredded chicken but a co worker, Allison, brought this to work, I had to try it. It's delicious and the sour cream just takes it over the top. I always add a slice of cheese to mine. Enjoy!

    Recipe #484178

This recicpe is so good-I swear it taste like a piece of cheesecake. My mom makes this on Thanksgiving as well as throughout the year. She got it off of another website but doesn't remember which one. It's also very easy to make. You could easily use frozen cranberries but she always uses fresh. It's one of my favorite dishes that she makes. It's so sweet you could eat it as a desert...enjoy!

    Recipe #474803

In the 1950's, great diners offered this all-American favorite chock-full of raisins, apples and covered with a lemony sugar glaze. The crust is amazing and the glaze is simply delicious!!! Tip: I use allspice or pumpkin spice since mace is hard to find.

    Recipe #474313

This is the easiest and tastiest roast beef I've ever had. I've been making it for 20 years with great result. This recipe also has a recipe for what to do with the leftover roast beef which is my favorite part. It's simple and sometimes the simple things are the best, hope you enjoy! Cook and preparation time does not include leftover recipe..

    Recipe #474094

This brisket rub and method makes a wonderful, juicy, brisket. I make this using my smoker-it has the directions for cooking it in a grill as well but I've never tried it this way. I always use about a 5 pound brisket when I make this. My brisket is usually done in about 6 hours. Be sure to use an instant read thermometer. I insert one in the thick part of the brisket when I feel it's getting close to being done and I just leave it in the meat till the desired temperature is reached. Instead of apple juice I mix 3/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar-it works just as well. I also put the rub on the night before, wrap it real good in plastic wrap and then with foil and leave it in the fridge all night. Since I do this in the smoker, I soak enough chips to fill up my wood box as opposed to the 4 cups you will need for the grill. You don't have to change the wood chips as the meat will only take on so much smoke. If your using a smoker just check the water pan everytime you open the smoker to baste. I got this from the foodnetwork website. Be sure to let this rest after cooking-it's a very important step. You won't be disappointed. I also prepare Neely's BBQ sauce for this and it's delicious!

    Recipe #459126

I got this recipe from Allrecipes website. Sean says it's from a restaurant his grandfather owned back in the 50's. His grandfather obviously knew how to cook because this sauce is so good and filling. I had company over Saturday night to watch Nascar and decided to give this sauce a try for some coney's. Topped these with mustard, onions and cheese and everyone just loved them. It's a sweet but tangy sauce that is just delicious. Very easy to make as well. Enjoy

    Recipe #423159

This is a wing sauce that I got off of allrecipes and it's very good. It's hot and sweet (more hot than sweet) but it's delicious. I bread my wings, deep fry and just swirl them around in this sauce. Great with a side of ranch dressing.

    Recipe #410798

When my cousin, Claudia, visits from Arizona I HAVE to make these for her. The addition of beer in them makes them extra creamy and soft on the inside.I know it's not a lot of beer and I've been known to drink the rest of the bottle just so it doesn't go to waste-makes for a nice nap after breakfast LOL. I love these potatoes and always cook two eggs, over medium, and put right on top of the potatoes and mix it all together. YUM!! I aslo add cream cheese to my baked potatoes as well and it's just as good. Hope you enjoy these as much as we do.

    Recipe #393656

My younger sister, Mona, loves when I make these and they're so simple to make and soooo good!! It sounds like a wierd combination but it's really cheap and good. She named them Jill Samwiches because I was just playing around in the kitchen one day and came up with this. I've even added an egg to this sandwich before-not very healthy but oh so good. Goes well with any kind of soup or salad. Enjoy

    Recipe #389644

I got this recipe off the side of a Bisquick box over 20 years ago. It's the best cake I've ever had. They took the recipe off the box so I e-mailed them and asked them to send it to me. I don't eat a lot of sweets, but this is one I could eat everyday. I changed the coconut to Wheaties as I can't see a crumb cake with coconut. I've always made it with Wheaties. I also double the topping because it's so sweet and good, but I wrote the recipe as it's called for. Hope you enjoy this. By the way they've since put this recipe back on the box.

    Recipe #353300

This recipe is so rich and creamy. The alfredo sauce in it is the best and makes this dish. Every time my grandson comes to stay he calls ahead of time and asks me to make this-I actually have a cousin that offers to pay me to make it LOL. Thanks to Elana Hansen from New Mexico.

    Recipe #350192

My mom has been making this cornbread for over 40 years-I'm sure she got it from my grandma who was from Kentucky. It's not a sweet cornbread-just as good though. My father would take the leftovers and break a piece up in a glass of milk and eat it like cereal. It's very good. We always cook this in a cast iron skillet.

    Recipe #350137

This roast is so tender and juicy and has a sweet tangy sauce that will melt in your mouth.I got this from another website and tweaked it to my likings. I roast this is a glass baking dish on top of an onion cut into 4 pieces. If you are preparing a larger roast just double the ingredients. The sauce is also good on rice if you'd like. Prep time does not include marinating time. I plate this with the onions that were in the bottom-oh so good!

This recipe if from Taste of Home and it's so good. It's very adaptable as you can add in whatever pizza toppings and spices you like. This is how I make it and it comes out great every time. You can add green peppers, hot peppers, sausage or whatever you prefer.

    Recipe #333709

This is a very cool cherry dessert that I make every year at Christmas as one of my desserts. I got it off the Kraft website and it's delicious. If you like cherries, and angel food cake you will love this. The kids all love it!! If you can't find the 8 oz box of gelatin-which I couldn't-I just used the closest amount-same goes for the pudding-wasn't sure of the ounces-I just know it was 2 small boxes. Enjoy

    Recipe #333644

I got this recipe off Allrecipes.com I've made this many times and turns out great everytime. You can use whatever kind of dipping sauce you'd like - I use Pina Colada Dipping Sauce and will post recipe for that as well. This is the best coconut shrimp I've ever had-even better than the local seafood restaurant. This was rated 5 out of 5 from 406 reviewers.

    Recipe #333623

This recipe is from Erin M Seelert from Allrecipes. It's the best around however I have altered her recipe just a little so there's a little more sauce-I like extra to dip bread sticks in. It's very creamy but the butter does break it down when reheated but if you add some milk or cream to it it perks right back up. I make it and put it all in a crockpot and keep on warm for neighborhood parties and such-it keeps it from breaking down fast. I usually make it an hour or so ahead of time and by the time I get where I'm going it's perfect. If you feel that it's not thickening up fast enough turn heat up. I'ave also added shrimp to this recipe and it was great!!!

    Recipe #324246

I've been using this recipe for years. My sister named it Pumpkin Dip because she says she can taste pumpkin in it-I think it comes from the brand of chili. At any rate it's awesome and so easy to put together. I cook it in my fondu pot which also keeps it warm for parties and such. You can add additional ingrediants-I've added hamburger, green onions, onions, the options are endless-it's up to your taste. Enjoy

    Recipe #322405

This salad is bursting with flavor. I'm not a fan of Italian dressing but I could honestly eat this night and day. I got this from Allrecipes.com and you will not be disappointed. Great for potlocks as it makes a lot. I'm asked to bring this to family get togethers and never bring any home.
