So I'm tired of writing out this recipe on the back of cocktail napkins (while usually pretty well under the influence of said cocktails). So basically, for all the requests, here's the recipe that I've settled on after years of hummus blending. This recipe can easily be doubled/tripled/good-god-quadrupled.

    Recipe #242481

I tried to recreate the veggie burgers that McMaster University's Bridges Cafe serves, and I think I've pretty much got it with this recipe.

    Recipe #295505

I tried this recipe as it doesn't have any wheat or dairy. The muffins turned out delicious. I cut back on the honey to 1/3 cup and the recipe turned out fine. I did have to cook them about 10 minutes longer than the recipe says to. This recipe was in the Costco Connection newsletter as an excerpt from a cookbook called "Grain-free Gourmet".

    Recipe #216742

This is a combination of several recipes I've tried for blueberry muffins. The real key is the yogurt - use your favorite fruit flavor! it doesn't have to be blueberry, i've made it with raspberry and other flavors with great results. its great for experimenting with new flavors.

    Recipe #349203

Adapted from Meena Pathak's Indian cooking, we replaced the chicken with tofu for a great vegetarian dish.
