When my son and I went to see New Moon, we watched it in Gold Class (which has a cocktail bar!). They had some Twilight/New Moon cocktails and mocktails there, and this was my son's favourite mocktail. Canned lychees are fine to use, and you can use any rapberry cordial syrup in place of the grenadine.

My sister was coming over for dinner & cocktails. We couldn't decide what to make, so I went shopping, and came up with this! It was delicious!!

I found this on the Fins Restaurant website while looking for a trumpeter recipe. I used baby spinach, as I already had a bag in my fridge. Serve with Wasabi Mash and Trumpeter With White Wine.

I came up with this as a quick and easy lunch today. It was tasty, and used no added fats or oils. I used my wok as it is the best non-stick surface I have. Feel free to use any good non-stick pan you have. You could use this on it's own, in a salad, tossed through pasta, or as a topping for grilled steak.

This is Day 16: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. This is a delicious smoothie, and one of my favourite breakfasts on this diet! You can use a different flavoured yogurt if you prefer, but I think the passionfruit is perfect in it. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 1 lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks and served with 1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese.

This is Day 8: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can decide on any berry combination to suit you. Try matching the the flavours with the yogurt. You can use fresh or frozen berries. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 2 cups of air-popped popcorn.

This is Day 4: Breakfast, on the 21 day Wonder Diet. This recipe makes 6 servings. If you don't feel like making any of the breakfasts on this diet, you are allowed to have this muesli instead, but remember it is ONLY 1/3 cup per serving! You can make larger batches of this, and store it in an airtight container. If you don't like cranberries, you can use sultanas or raisins instead. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 1 carrot, cut into sticks.

    Recipe #359020

Kids love this yummy chocolate treat, and they are so easy to make, the kids can do it themselves! For white chocolate spiders, simply use white chocolate instead of brown, and add 1/4 cup glace cherries for scarey redbacks!

This is Day 17: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can use sultanas instead of cranberries, if you prefer. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 2 cups of plain popcorn.

This comes from 501 Must Drink Cocktails.

This is Day 12: Lunch, on the 21 day Wonder Diet. You can boil th eeggs the night before, then make the sandwiches in the morning to take to work. If you like, you can add a little curry powder to the egg. This lunch is to be followed by an afternoon snack of 1 small banana.
