This recipe was posted for ZWT7, before I had a chance to cook it myself. The original recipe called for water, and just a pinch of spice. Based on other people's reviews, I altered it slightly when I made the rice tonight for our dinner, and I have adjusted the recipe accordingly. thankyou to everyone who has contributed to improving this recipe, my family loved it! :)

I love making this. It's such a nice winter meal, and it's so easy and quick, and best of economical!! Growing up, Mum made shepherds pie almost weekly. Over the years I have altered it, and this is the way my family enjoys it now. We don't serve this with anything, except maybe a nice bread roll.

This is from The Australian Women's Weekly "Cafe Favourites" cookbook. This is my favourite banana bread! I double the recipe, and cook it in a large square cake tin, then cut it into two rectangle loaves once it is cooked. We usually have one loaf warm on the day I cook it, then have the other loaf toasted for breakfast!

This is my favourite recipe for curried scallops. It is creamy and rich, with a nice tangy flavour to the sauce. This is the mixture I use for my curried scallop pies, or you can just serve it over rice.

These sausage rolls are one of my biggest sellers at the markets, and my hubby just loves them! The measurements are approximate, as I don't use a recipe, so I had to guess. I suggest you use do the same, just using these quantities as a general guide :)
