Another great recipe from my mother's kitchen. It is similar to a couple recipes out there, but measurements vary so I'm posting it.

    Recipe #308566

My mom always makes her cookies this way. This recipe uses brown sugar, which many other cake mix cookie recipes do not. Experiment with cake mix flavors and add-ins. Vanilla with chocolate chip, chocolate with peanut butter chips, banana with butterscotch chips...!

    Recipe #308565

I know everyone has their own favorite way to make this! Here is my Gram's recipe. I decided to add it to Zaar since it is just a little different (no walnuts!); plus I won't loose it this way. She used butter flavored Crisco sticks for shortening. Updated 6/11 - I tried this out with whole wheat flour and it came out just as yummy as all purpose flour. Try it!

    Recipe #308511

can't remember where I got this. Made it for a Lost watch party.

    Recipe #308221

This recipe is from Rachael Ray's 365 No Repeats cookbook. I adapted it a teeny-tiny bit. I also like to cook up a hot dog, cut it up and put it in my bowl of mac and cheese!

    Recipe #308180

from Hungry Girl 1-2-3. Weight Watcher points plus: 4. 179 calories, 6.5 g fat, 502 mg sodium, 1.5 g carbs, 0 g fibers, 1 g sugars, 26.5 g protein. This nutrition info does not include the bun, so be sure and add it in if you use one.

    Recipe #469094

I found this on the web as I searched for recipes to fit Dr Brewer's pregnancy diet. It's packed with protein and calcium, plus vitamin-rich spinach. Great for non-pregnant people, too!

    Recipe #456684

A bit different than the recipes currently posted. Very sweet, rich dessert that is super easy to make.

    Recipe #377101

We serve this at all the holiday meals. It's easy - just dump it in the crock pot and assign a kid the job of stirring once every hour or so. Delish!

    Recipe #336115

    from "Half Scratch Magic"

    Recipe #311696

from the LaChoy sweet and sour sauce label

    Recipe #310450

This is a recipe by Rachel Ray that I made for dinner. I love pesto, and this one turns out nice. I used the regular green beans available at my grocery store.

    Recipe #308525

Salsa by the sea! I got this recipe at my bridal shower - everyone brought a dish to share, along with the recipe and one of the tools required to make it.

    Recipe #308480

from my aunt's kitchen. Just another variation on spinach artichoke dip. This one's nice and cheesy!

    Recipe #308258

from Rachael Ray's Express Lane meals, adapted by me.

    Recipe #308256

another recipe I received at my bridal shower. This is great as a side dish with any Mexican dish. It is also very easy to fix!

    Recipe #308186

from my Grammy's kitchen. Jackie says, “Especially nice because you can always have ingredients on hand for those unexpected guests!”

    Recipe #308184

I can't remember where I found this recipe. I made it for a small get together and served them with ketchup & mustard for dipping. You might cut back on the garlic salt if you don't like things too salty.

    Recipe #308183

Mom used to make this dish when I was growing up and it is the epitome of comfort food for me! I make it for my family now. It is super easy and super tasty, especially with green bean casserole!
