    Golden Peanut Butter Bars
    Handle

I got this recipe from the Eagle Brand website (www.eaglebrand.com). It's is delicious! A great alternative to brownies and blondies, and for those like me who aren't big fans of chocolate but love desserts!

    Select
    Basic Baked Tofu
    Handle

I looked on the site and didn't see a basic way to just cook tofu before you do anything fancy to it, so I thought I'd share!

Cranberry Streusel Topped Cream Cheese Pie
    Handle

Cheesecake cooked in a pie crust with cranberries and streusel topping. Got the recipe from www.eaglebrand.com

    Super Easy Bolognese Sauce
    Handle

I spent a lot of time looking through recipes for a decent yet easy Bolognse sauce. I ended up fusing a few of them together. The longest amount of time is the wait time for the sauce to simmer and blend. I do not use basil in my recipe because my brother is severely allergic to anything using basil and pinenuts. I have begun using this as a basic sauce for all my pasta dishes that include meant: lasagna, baked ziti, spaghetti . . . . This is a VERY forgiving recipe. I hope you like it!

    Recipe #356057

    Select
    Thai Red Coconut Curry
    Handle

My husband loves, loves, LOVES curry - be it Indian, Thai, or anything else. Well, a sushi restaurant near his job serves this delicious, spicy, and sweet red curry. I have been trying to figure out how to do it. And now I have. This recipe tastes exactly how the restaurant stuff does, and it comes together in close to 20 minutes.

    Recipe #323302

    Select
    Italian Zucchini and Squash
    Handle

I got on a kick of finding new recipes for zucchini and squash this summer. My husband's and my favorite is the simplest dish so far. It takes very little prep time, a little patience while your kitchen becomes filled with this delicious aroma, and amazement at how simple this is. It was a very easy way to impress my husband for a nice romantic meal.

    Healthy Chocolate Pancakes
    Handle

I got this from <http://www.delish.com> that had a segment about people from the show "The Biggest Loser". The person this recipe came from is Bill Germanakos from Season 4. I had all ingredients on hand except for the 8 oz nonfat Greek-style yogurt, so I subbed using the container of mixed berry yogurt I had in the fridge. The result was a very moist chocolate pancake with a hint of berry taste.

    Select
Savory and Sweet Chicken Roll Ups With Blue Cheese and Bacon Fil
    Handle

I was talking with a friend about what to make for dinner. He said he made some chicken sandwiches and just melted some blue cheese and added some bacon to it. Voila! This came to mind! This is definitely not quick and easy, nor is it for the healthy minded as it is totally full of yummy fats . . . . The filling, liquid coating, and crumb coating can all be made up to two days ahead and stored separately. For the liquid coating, I slightly alter Recipe #58125. The liquid coating also makes a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce for the chicken afterwards, just make sure to separate the sauce to serve with meal before you dip the raw chicken into it.

    Recipe #356451

    Select
    Vanilla Almond Panna Cotta
    Handle

My husband and I both adore silky, smooth, and lightly sweetened panna cotta. I got this recipe from Cheryla33 at All Recipes.com (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Panna-Cotta/Detail.aspx) but tweaked it just a bit. The original recipe is in the link above . . . I have decided to make mine sugarfree by using Splenda. Cook time does not include refrigeration time.
