I made up this recipe from a compilation of recipes that I found-all trying to come to a final product that resembled the old-fashioned gingersnaps that come in a brown-colored bag and I love so much... Super spicy, crisp and crunchy, these are a real treat but not a guilty treat! Unlike most recipes for gingersnaps that call for butter, this stays true to the old fashioned recipe that only uses oil. I also use Splenda for half the sugar (that halves the guilt too(-;) Enjoy!

    Recipe #341827

These are similar to crab cakes but are a delicious variation in Baja Mexican style! Despite quite a few ingredients, these are simple, fast and easy, Great for a quality unique appetizer!

    Recipe #210456

This is a compilation recipe I put together to combine the fast fudge method that's been around for a while with some quality ingredients for the fastest *and best* fudge around. No joke--from start to finish the process is about 4 minutes long! Then it just needs to cool. Enjoy!

    Recipe #269046

This is a healthy version of my 'seriously fast and easy fudge'...Believe it or not! The semi-sweet chocolate chips are not that bad for you and with the addition of oatmeal and nuts (and other fiber as desired) this becomes a nice guilt-free snack! Give it a try, you can hardly tell it's a "healthy" recipe!

    Recipe #336884

I have been cranking out batches of these for the past summer and I have been asked for the recipe so many times that I decided posting here would be the easiest way for them all to see it...This one is faster than the New York style recipe producing great bagels in 3 hours. I usually add extra ingredients to the bagel dough, making jalapeno or green onion bagels with cheddar or 3-cheese on the top. This also calls for high-gluten flour. If you can't buy it, use bread flour instead of all-purpose, or in the bulk section of your grocery store they sometimes sell powdered gluten; add 4 T per batch with all purpose flour and it will do just fine. These bagels don't stay soft for more than a day, so freeze extras and give them a toast before spreading with some good cream cheese or making into your favorite sandwich.

    Recipe #336189

This isn't a fast & easy recipe; unfortunately, it is quite a process. However everyone knows quality takes time! Especially in baking. If you know and love a dense, chewy, flavorful bagel just like the you can get in a wonderful Jewish bagel shop, This process will be worth it to you! I have been making bagels for a while according to a Montreal bagel recipe and everyone swoons about them, but I really do like this one better... Enjoy! Thanks all for your kind comments, I've added a few updates/details to the recipe...Reading your results made me hungry for these after not making them for a while!
