OK, so I know there are several similar pie recipes on this site and I haven't tried any of them, but this one is soooooo good. It's from the Southern Living Cookbook. I make it every Thanksgiving and people beg me for the recipe. I'm not a dessert person, but this pie combines my only 2 weaknesses--pecan pie and cheesecake. It's like heaven on earth!

    Recipe #333988

This is a super-easy, super-quick casserole dish that I came up with last week. I used Italian turkey sausage that my husband had grilled while we were barbecuing the day before. I also used wheat rotini pasta, but I think any kind of pasta would work. The rest of the quantities are just estimates ... you could use more or less depending on your tastes. I used whole cumin, fennel, thyme, and rosemary and lightly ground them with a pestle, but you could also use pre-ground. My husband, who is not usually a casserole lover, has been raving about this ever since, and my daughter, who usually hates zucchini, cleaned her plate without even a mention of it.

    Recipe #333920

I was looking for something fun and easy on "Movie Night" and threw this together with really yummy results. Add a salad and/or rice and you've got a meal. Note: Measurements are not exact--I just "eyeballed" the whole thing.

    Recipe #295975

This is my own special spaghetti recipe, honed over the years. This is a staple in our house, about once a week. (Note: This sauce is not the thick, jarred-type spaghetti sauce that we see in the stores or most restaurants. It might seem watery at first, but it really has so much more flavor than the sauces we are used to in America.)

    Recipe #282438

This is a fabulous salsa that I have fine-tuned over the years. Careful, though, this recipe makes a lot! The measurements are all estimates ... you can use more or less depending on your tastes. For a really great smoky flavor, I like to grill the pablano and anaheim peppers over charcoal. Also, I like to mix and match different types of peppers to add more color/flavor.

    Recipe #281310

This recipe is from Tyler Florence (Food Network). It's crunchy, sweet, citrusy, and spicy all in one! A great side dish for Mexican night.

    Recipe #279666

This is a great chicken enchilada dish from Tyler Florence (Food Network). It looks like a lot, but it's really pretty easy to put together.

    Recipe #279665

My husband gets delicious homemade tamales every Thursday at the school where he works. I always freeze whatever we can't eat and eventually we get a backlog, so I made up this recipe last night and it turned out great. Most of the measurements (other than the canned goods) are just estimates and can be adjusted according to preference.
