Adapted from Taste of Home "One Pan Recipes" publication, 2010. I don't know why they call it that, this recipe takes a baking dish, a saucepan, and a frying pan! Anyways, husband said, "Best chicken of all time," so doing the dishes was well worth it.
Adapted from a recipe by Lori Bergquist, published in Taste of Home's Light & Tasty December/January 2004. My secret addition is the bourbon. Dad and husband went crazy, say I'm a serious chef now, LOL! Be sure to use a true and quality slow cooker to make a tender roast.
Vegan, high protein, comforting noodle soup!
I used Schaer gluten-free tagliatelle noodles: http://www.schaer.com/en/gluten-free-products/tagliatelle/
I used NOW Foods textured soy protein chunks:
I used my Recipe #264657 for the seasoning. You could use Italian seasonings or something you like for a basic soup.
