Thanks to my fellow Zaar chefs for the inspiration for this recipe! I came up with this recipe based on all of your suggestions in the message forums! YUM!

    Recipe #41087

I got this recipe out of the St.Cloud Times a couple of weeks ago. I added a bit of garlic (can't cook without it). This is a great way to use up left-over chicken!

    Recipe #40096

Magnifico! Classic spaghetti with meat sauce ready in about 45 minutes! MMMMMMMM

    Recipe #37965

To "dar vueltas," means to "flip" or "go around in circles" which is why these steaks are named so! A quick flip in the pan and they're done! These make great sandwiches, or are good alone served with crusty french bread to soak up the sauce. Garlic mayo really compliments the meat too. They can be made with beef, pork or chicken, as long as the cut of meat is very thin. They get better with time, too, so if you want, you could make them a day ahead and just heat them up when you're ready.

    Recipe #37745

Serve this with a side of rice and you have your whole meal taken care of!

    Recipe #37646

This is my friend Melissa's recipe...soooooo good!

    Recipe #37175

When I was in college, I worked in an Asian restaurant. My boss made the best curry I have ever tasted, and after much prodding and bothering the poor man, he finally fessed up! I have worked for years to get the recipe right, and I think this is it! I hope you like it as much as I do.

    Recipe #37139

This is my crock pot version of Curry Chicken. Very easy and yummy!

    Recipe #37033

A very light and elegant salad. Serve with crusty french bread and wine for a Mediterranean feast! Also popularly served as an appetizer or "tapa."

    Recipe #36691

Succulent shrimp, bursting with flavor and a healthy kick of spice. The skewers can be made ahead. Try it with mixed vegetables, red pepper, onion, zucchini, whatever you like. Prep time includes marinating time.

    Recipe #36613

This is not for the faint of heart! It is very spicy, so if you don't like it extremely hot, I wouldn't recommend you try this!

    Recipe #36578

Very popular in the Canary Islands, these roast pork sandwiches are sure to please! The meat is juicy, and tender. Perfect for a picnic!

    Recipe #36384

Very easy, and quite elegant. Serve as a first course with crusty french bread for dipping....mmmmm!

    Recipe #36140

Very easy and very tasty! (cook time is for each batch)

    Recipe #36096

As long as I can remember, my Grandma Audrey made these meatballs on Christmas Eve. A few years back, she shared the recipe with me. These are great for any party, but at my house, Christmas Eve just wouldn't be the same without them! These can be made ahead, and just heated when ready to serve.

    Recipe #36066

Don't be put off by the color of the ink! This is one of the best dishes I tried while in Spain, and is well worth the time it takes to prepare. My friend had to convince me to try this one, but once I did, I realized it is one of the finest foods on the face of the Earth!! Try it and see for yourself!

    Recipe #35771

Tasty and easy! You can throw this together in just about a half an hour. I like to add extra garlic, and throw in an extra bit of wine (for the chef, of course!). Always a hit!

    Recipe #35702

Fresh and colorful! A great meal for a hot day, or a beautiful addition to any meal. Another Spanish favorite of mine...:-)
