If you don't like bleu cheese, this isn't a recipe for you. I, of course, do, and threw this together spur-of-the-moment one day when all I had in the kitchen was chicken, pasta, milk and bleu cheese.
If you like a more liquid sauce, add more milk, if you like a creamier sauce, add less.
This is a staple in my apartment. I wash and reuse the dish I make it with more than any other dish in my apartment, I think. I picked up a liking for feta while in Greece during the summer of 2006. Don't be too heavy-handed with the onion powder, though. I like onion, but not so that it overpowers the feta.
Great with a hearty bread and makes a good sandwich spread as well.
When it comes time to eat, I have a habit of throwing together anything that looks good. I just threw this one together today for lunch, and it came out wonderful. It was fast enough and easy.
It's also an easy recipe to duplicate if you have more than one person to feed.
This is simple and easy for college students (as is anything I make, considering I'm in college myself). I prefer cheese ravioli, but also like to have meat with my meals for protein. I thought of this one when I was grocery shopping one day.
