Yummy and easy, gaps and paleo friendly. You can skip the honey if you bananas are sweet enough or add more to taste Sub walnuts for pecans or add dark chocolate chips

    Recipe #502049

A better choice for a sweet treat. Fr gluten free sub crispy rice cereal for oats and use gf chocolate chips. For peanut free use sunbutter or other nut butter. For dairy free use a dairy free chocolate chip. May use 1 1/4 c chocolate chips and skip cacao, or use cocoa powder. Sweetened or unsweetened coconut can be used, same with commercial or natural peanut butter. Adjust sweetness by using these to your liking.

These are delicious, perfect for summer cookouts or with Mexican fare! If you don't want to make a SMBC (I recommend trying, it's very easy!) you can just use a regular buttercream (butter and powdered sugar) and add the tequila and lime to that. Recipe slightly adapted from Confections of a Foodie Bride.

    Recipe #458555

A healthy (potentially raw/vegan) recipe for a tasty treat. adapted from the nourishing gourmet. coconut butter, or manna, can be from the healthy food store- brands nutiva and artisana are both very good. you can use the coconut nectar or agave for raw. cook time is freezer time.

    Recipe #457738

While it might seem daunting, it's really very easy! Butter and light, not gritty and overly sweet. You can flavor it by adding 1/4-1/2 cup puree or curd. this makes enough to generously frost 24-36 cupcakes, depending on how much you pipe on! prep time includes the mixer time.

good way to use up leftover rice! shorter grains give creamier results but basmati and jasmine can work too. you can leave out the eggs for a less rich version.

A hearty, creamy oatmeal with extra protein makes a filling tasty breakfast. No eggy taste here! I used a medium egg because I accidently had them, you could probably double and keep the egg at 1.

This is different than my other but hides the squash more. this serves 6-8 as a main dish, many more as a side. Cook time is bake time. ***i use fresh puree but zaar won't recognize that ingredient. i baked the squash at 375 for 1 hour and put in the food processor. fresh or frozen is fine.
