Yummm.... posted in reply to request.

    Recipe #64945

Cupcakes great for picnics, lunch boxes, and afternoon snacks. Easy to prepare and easy to eat, these cupcakes are filled with grated apple and spices toped with a cream cheese frosting. (From Bake and Freeze Desserts by Elinor Klivans)

    Recipe #54968

This cake is RICH! Just like fudge, you can only eat a little at a time. This cake is very unique because of the flavor, texture, and how EASY it is to prepare. The finished cake is firm and fudgy about 1/3 of the way to the center, and softly set like a mousse in the center. Very impressive!

    Recipe #56228

A lighter version of these scrumptious cupcakes. (From "Lighten Up" by Elaine Magee)

    Recipe #64081

This is a wonderful summer-time pie. You can use strawberries, raspberries, or any other tpye of berry, in place of blueberries. This pie does take some effort, but the end result is well worth it!

    Recipe #31599

Classic Boston Cream Pie. Great for birthdays or dinner parties.

    Recipe #57879

This is out of Southern Living's Top 10 Cake Recipes. A unique, interesting, and satisfying cake. Try it some time!

    Recipe #50069

This is a very, very delicious stew. With many ingredients simmered together, this stew has wonderful flavors that all compliment each other very well. This stew is very good served alone, or it can be accompanied by a steamed vegetable and bread. This is a perfect winter dish that simmers all day long and fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma that makes everyone ask when dinner will be ready.

    Recipe #50206

This is a classic French dessert, which combines characteristics of pudding and custard and, in this case, a nice almond flavor. From Bon Appetit July 1998.

    Recipe #309729

A southern dish for the die-hard southerners. What more could you ask for? This recipe is fried chicken baked in a butter batter. Heavenly!

    Recipe #52105

This is a great old-fashioned chocolate fudge cake--the cake to turn to for "Chocolate Cake Occasions." This cake is moist, with a fine grain and excellent flavor. Since both kids and adults love this cake, it's great for family gatherings or birthday parties. You could even go as far as to making a double chocolate cake by adding 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate bits tossed with 1 Tbsp. sifted flour mixture, and add to batter after adding melted chocolate. Great any way you prepare it! (From The Perfect Cake by Susan Purdy)

    Recipe #54955

Very easy chocolate chip cookie. No special equipment required (no creaming of ingredients). Very versatile dough and can add a number of different chips and mix-ins. From the Food Network's top 100 recipes of 2007.

    Recipe #311851

This chocolate cream pie is rich and slightly tangy. The melted chocolate folded into the meringue is a nice accent to the creamy and rich chocolate filling. A nice summer time dessert. (Prep time includes chill time)

    Recipe #55261

This is a chocolate version of the wonderful Italian Cream Cake. The subtle flavor of cocoa is a nice change from the origional version, but only slightly alters the flavor. It's a winner in my house! :) (I got this recipe out of the November Southern Living Magazine.)

    Recipe #45540

Yet another recipe I saw on the Food Network. Sounds rich, tastey, and surprisingly easy. I'm gonna try it soon! Hope you will too!

    Recipe #55619

This recipe is quick, easy, and GREAT! This cake emerges from the oven like a brownie rippled with dark chocolate pudding. Throw in some nuts or chopped white chocolate if you want to get creative. Great served with freshly whipped cream or by itself!

    Recipe #54959

This is a very delicious cake! Most people haven't heard of a Tweed Cake, but it's basically a white cake with finely grated chocolate folded into the batter to give it a "tweed fabric" appearance. The cake is frosted with a buttercream frosting, and then drizzled with thinned semi-sweet chocolate to give it a shadowed affect. I make this every year for my Dad's birthday, and the entire cake is gone within 2 days. I hope you will try it; You wont be disappointed!

    Recipe #39005

This yummy cake is great anytime, but especially to finish off that special meal on Valentine's Day. The cake is slightly dry, but complements the rich, creamy frosting very well.

    Recipe #54951

This yummy cake tastes just like cookies n cream ice cream, except that it's a cake. Unlike most other white cakes, this recipe is not dry or bland. This is a great birthday cake! Kids love it!!

    Recipe #34964

This is a wonderful, basic butter cake, with a homey taste. A great winter dessert.
