I wanted to cook a one dish spaghetti squash meal without using tomatoes. I came up with this colorful creation that is full of veggies. Note: I chose veggies that we had on hand with color in mind. This was a first round try. I might be making changes in the future. It got a thumbs up though, so I'm posting for further reference. (Note: cooking time does not include baking the spaghetti squash)
I don't have any access to any type of international coffee creamer and I don't care for simple milk and sugar in my coffee. I ran across a recipe for sweetened condensed milk and was inspired. This recipe is still in the tweaking process but it has definitely met the need.
My Friend won a recipe contest with this recipe and somehow I can never find my copy so I am putting it on here for safe keeping. It perfectly captures the flavors of Moroccan food in a very simple recipe.
I live outside of the US and the meat that I can get here can be pretty tough. I came up with this recipe after looking over several and playing around with it a little. The meal is ready to eat in about 30 minutes and the meat is fork tender. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
This is a Middle Eastern dish that is served upside down. My mom ate and learned to make it in Jordan while on a missions trip there. The first time I made it I took it to a church social and didn't get more than a bite. It disappeared so fast. The recipe that my mom brought home is quite vague but I have attempted to give some quantities. It might still need some tweaking. Comments are welcome.
