We fell in love with the carrots at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant. I made several attempts until I arrived at this version.

There are so many versions, but this one is more of a pudding than a cake. Repeatedly requested by family & friends, it'll cause discussion as to whether eating this or the namesake is more fun!
This recipe is easily diabetic converted with sugar free puddings and omission of chocolate bar.
This is my most FAMOUS culinary creation. It gets it's name from the fact that I didn't have a bowl large enough to toss it. I'd scour my stainless steel sink and toss it there!
However, it looks best prepared in a big glass bowl as colorful layers - BEAUTIFUL & showy potluck recipe.

The best thing to do is to keep old bread heels and buns (that lone straggler in the pack) in a freezer bag. Just keep adding until you have enough.
