This recipe was found on the Internet one day. I don't know were it originally came from, I just know I like it A LOT! It makes eating healthy worth it! Serve with Basmati rice or Naan.
*Add more chili powder to step up the spice.
This is a low fat hearty winter soup. It is great for leftovers on busy days! I adapted this soup from another recipe with many more beans :) Feel free to add more beans just make sure beans are no more than 2 cups all together.
