Intrigued by a packet of fresh poultry herbs I found at the store, this recipe uses Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme (which reminded me of the Simon and Garfunkel song, inspiring the name for this soup). Aside from the bouillon, there is no added salt needed, as the flavor is lovely without it.

    Recipe #290769

This is a great 5-ingredient recipe that takes very little time. The flavor, though subtle, is fantastic for a quick dinner! Original recipe from Taste of Home.

    Recipe #290573

Borrowed from Epicurious, this is my husband's favorite pumpkin pie, which HE makes every year.

    Recipe #278271

This is a recipe from my MIL, which I had the pleasure of trying for the first time this year. She uses black walnuts, but I look forward to making these with walnuts or pecans, since black walnuts aren't available here.

    Recipe #278268

This recipe was adapted from Bon Appetit, and originally included raisins. We modified it to fit our taste and love it every Thanksgiving

    Recipe #274310

Passed down from friend to friend, I'm not sure about the origins of this recipe, but this is a hit at breakfast, or at any gathering.

    Recipe #274217

Tossed aside my plans for a traditional ham when I found this recipe on Christmas Eve. It was worth the last minute run to the grocery store, and will become our ham for the holidays recipe for years to come. Served with recipe Lemony Green Beans (#201257) to offset the sweet glaze and gravy from this ham. Since it was just the two of us this year, I opted for the small boneless ham, and halved the recipe and it was great, but I really do think we'll go for the bone-in ham in the future, as they tend to be a little less salty. Thanks to Taste of Home for this recipe.

    Recipe #274169

This recipe was given to me by a co-worker several years ago, but I just found and tried it for the first time, and was amazed with the flavor! It's a great Christmas morning dish, or an easy day-after-Thanksgiving breakfast for guests. The Splenda and egg substitute make for a bit health-friendlier breakfast, too.
