    I found this recipe in one of my favorites magazines "Vanidades" (one that is not a "recipe" magazine :O LOL!) They called the recipe "Nutella Taquitos" but they are more like "rolled up nutella crepes). They seem easy and very scrumptious!

    I haven't tried this myself but it actually looks so good and easy to make! Requeson is a loose, ricotta-like cheese used to make cheese spreads in several Latin American countries and in Brazil. This variety is most often sold in the markets wrapped in fresh corn husks. A mild, unsalty ricotta can be substituted for requesón. (from Although I'm not from Mexico, I live here and I got this magazine that has Mexican recipes. I totally LOVE mexican food! I hope they are least they look promising...

    This creamy ham sauce I came by when I was flipping through my "Recipes with Pasta" mini cookbook by Louis Adams. It can be for pasta but I think you could give it more uses. My mom makes one very similar to this one but we haven't tried this one yet. When I make it...I would probably add more taste to onion, garlic, etc. but you can make it however you desire. It's very versatile and you can play with the ingredients a bit. Give it your touch! I will update it when I make it!

    This is from a "mini" cookbook I bought recently called "Recipes with Pasta" by Louis Adams. It looks so darn good! It seems creamy and very tasty! I love pasta so I hope to try it soon!

    These are also from a magazine of Mexican food I bought in Mexico ("Cocina Especial: Cocinando Comida Tipica Mexicana"). I love shrimp and although I haven't had the chance to make these yet...they look DELICIOUS! I loooove shrimp and Mexican-style...even better!
