This sauce is sweet and spicy, and can be thick or thin depending on how long you cook. **I discovered that you can substitute half ketchup for half the Worcestershire to cut the heat. Thats the way my DH prefers it, but I still love it spicy.

I love this stuff! Try it on steak, chicken, pork, corn, potatoes etc. You can store the unused portion in the fridge for about a week or the freezer for 3 months. I just tried this on some warm sourdough bread and it knocked my socks off! Wonderful!

If you like heat you will love these. Make sure you have the windows and doors open when you make these or cook on gas grill.

I created this for a last minute potluck, but make it often for home.

This is great with broccoli or asparagus in place of the meat. Serve over rice.

I've only used stock to make this, but will try it with buillion and update. This can be made ahead and reheated slowly. The prep is minus making the stock. This gravy is a little time consuming, but worth it.

After making muffins this way I will never use a different recipe. You can use whatever fruit you want. I've made them with mangoes and blueberries, peaches & blackberries as well as the peaches and nectarines.

This goes together while the pasta water is boiling. You can also top this with salmon, chicken, crumbled bacon or tomatoes. This sauce is also great with steak.

These loaves are so good! They keep well in the freezer. I like to store my overly ripe bananas in the freezer so I always have some on hand for bread. They (bananas) look pretty gross when you thaw them out, but they work great!

Can be made ahead then cooked the next day. Can also be done in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

Nice light dessert for a warm day. Enjoy :)

You can use any fresh fruit, but I think blackberries are the best. I've tried frozen fruit and it turns out a bit soggy.

(for the filo.. lay it on a damp towel covered with plastic wrap once opened to keep it from drying out. Place one on top as well.)
