I found this recipe on a blog site. It sounded really good and easy so I wanted to post it. Recipe is by Chris Chun. Serve with strawberry/ raspberry jam and whipped cream. Also good with a cup of tea or coffee. Want to try something a little different? Put a little lemon zest, basil or mint in for that extra zing! Try using Ginger ale for a nice change of flavor. You could just use soda/carbonated water and flavor the scones as you would like (half a cup.)
