    These are really just too easy to make!!!! The beauty of these is that they can be made with whatever biscuit/cookie you prefer and coated with whatever you have in the pantry. You can also leave them uncoated if you wish. So far, here in NZ I have only made them with 'Toffee Pops' but I have made 2 for my daughter's 2nd birthday as a treat for the attending adults and again for my nephews 2nd birthday lunch the next day. They were well received :) I dipped mine to cover half way up the ball in melted dark chocolate but you can use white or milk chocolate, or, roll the balls in chopped nuts, cocoa, coconut, candy sprinkles or even a combination.....the choice is yours. Yield is dependent on size. EDITED TO ADD (For those in NZ or Australia).....Since making these a few times I have found that by using 2 pkts Toffee Pops plus 1 pkt of Griffins Peach or Mint Sensation biscuits it gives an even better result. Also if you are not so fond of a cream cheese taste use 3pkts biscuits of your choice. They can also be frozen or will keep for up to a week in the fridge. Great to make ahead of time.

    I had this dish recently while dining out and had to have the recipe!! I hope others will like it too. Can also be made in a microwave. If you are using early season pumpkin coat with a little flour before adding other ingredients.

    A nice points friendly dessert:) Serves 8 at 4 points each if you are following a weight watchers points plan. I like to just dump the remaining mousse on top so that it dribbles down the sides, then throw the flake on top so that it is messy and falls onto the plate around the cake. It does look messy, but I think it also looks cool, especially if it is on a brightly coloured trendy big platter. But that's me!!!! :) I have included the points for ingredients in brackets.

    Despite sounding weird, these are actually very tasty! They can be used as a side dish, or as a main meal with a salad and fresh bread. This makes approx 16 small fritters at 1/2 point each if you are following a weight watchers plan. Cooking time will depend on size of pan used. I have put the points for each ingredient beside it in brackets.

    These are good for a low point treat as they are only 2points each if you are following a Weight Watcher plan. Just remember to include points for anything you may spread on them. I like them fresh from the oven 'as is' :)

    These are for Weight Watchers a great 0 points snack or side dish. These taste really yummy with 98% fat free sour cream and a bit of Sweet Chilli Sauce!!! Remember - you only have to count the sauces for points!
