The cream cheese and sour cream can be substituted for the fat free versions for a healthy appetizer. I serve this on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter, everyone looks forward to it. If they only knew how simple it is to make.

    Recipe #247843

Ambrosia Salad is very yummy, but I hate canned fruit and they way the dessert turns if you leave it in the fridge more than a day. I don’t put fruit into mine, I serve it with sliced bananas on-top instead. I don’t mix the banana slices into the pudding mixture because they will go brown and discolor the dessert, wait until serving. This is an easy recipe you can easily make ahead. The coconut, nuts, and marshmallows can all be adjusted to your liking, adding more or less where desired.

    Recipe #234512

These are my brother's favorite. It's a layer of oatmeal cookie, a layer of soft caramel, a layer of walnuts, chocolate chips and then topped with another layer of oatmeal cookie. They are easy and delicious!

    Recipe #231879

These are sooo chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They turn out nice and large so be prepared with lots of milk!

    Recipe #208788

This is my varation of an orange brownie recipe I saw in the NY Times and while back, I must say that it's awesome. These are dense but light and very chocolaty. The recipe is close to that of a soufflé, almost mousse like in texture. They take a little time but it will be worth your while.

    Recipe #205629

A great, spruced up, version of the old classic. This sauce can be made with what ever type of Riesling wine you prefer. Also you can substitute ground pork, veal, chicken, turkey or any combination of ground meat for the beef.
