My mother made this for me when I was growing up. Now it is a favorite with my family. The cheese and soup create a wonderful flavor. Can also use canned chicken instead of tuna. I serve tiny new peas with this. My kids love it!
This is a light dessert for the summer time as well as a hit for holiday meals. My Mother-in-law gave me this recipe and I believe it was handed down from her mother-in-law as well. My DH and children love this dessert! The cook time is to set.
This is a mild salsa that you can heat up with how ever many peppers you wish to add. The cabbage absorbes the flavors of all the other ingredients. This is a great party food. Cook time is the chilling time.
This is a delicious way to warm up in cold weather. My children love this and request it often. This recipe is a combination of a few baked potato recipes I found in one of my favorite crockpot cook books, 'Fix It and Forget It.' Enjoy!
When I was younger, my mother made something similar to these, but it wasn't until recently that I found a recipe that came close. Here it is. This is decadent and delicious. It is great for get togethers and potluck, that is if you want to share it.
I love coconut shrimp. I came across this recipe in my newspaper one day and though to try it. It is outstanding. The hot sauce gives it the right amount of spice to go with the sweet of the coconut. Prep time includes marinating time.
This is a yummie alternative to an old favorite. The topping is sweet and the apples are a little tart. I posted this with a ready-to-bake pie crust, but I have found a homemade crust is always better! There are tons of apples in this pie but they cook down during baking. This is delicious topped with vanillia ice cream.
My Mother-in-Law gave me this recipe. I tell you, my kids eat it up. This is a very easy meal to prepare for last minute dinners. The mushrooms are optional, if you don't have them use canned, but it is delicious with or without them. Enjoy!
These are so yummy! Even if a bit messy to make. You can also shape the pretzels into letters or numbers. Kids love to do that. You can also brush with butter after you take the out of the oven and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over them. My Kids love them that way.
