I came up with serving escargots this way when a couple showed up at supper time unexpectedly and I didn't have quite enough escargot to set out in individual escargot dishes. My husband and I have eaten them this way ever since. Served with my warm homemade Italian loaf it's excellent and so easy. Note: I drain and rinse escargots really well before hand. This recipe doesn't have to be exact.

I got this recipe from a friend of mine who had brought it to a pot luck kid's Halloween party. It was a hit with everyone.

    Recipe #213607

This recipe is a favorite in our house. Using the puff pastry makes it very quick and easy to prepare. I also use pie pastry when I don't have puff pastry on hand. I usually make this pie in a 9"x13" baking dish but when it's busy I just divide it into two 8" square dishes. Notes: If chicken breasts are frozen just boil them in water and remove skins. You can always add your harder vegetables to cook with the chicken. Cubed carrots, potatoes, etc. A great tip if you're like me and don't tend to keep cream, buttermilk or whipping cream on hand. I buy these containers and divide them into muffin tins and freeze. Then I pop them out and store them in resealable bags. Each cube is about 1/4 cup.

This recipe was made on a dare because my 9 year old son said that he needed me to buy rice krispy Squares from the store like his friend Moms did. Well as it turned out my rice krispy squares were a hit with his friends and their mothers. I must be old because I never dreamed you would buy Rice Krispies squares from the store when they are so cheap and easy to make from scratch. I've made two batches in two days and I haven't had a chance to take a picture yet because they get eaten so fast. Hint: A cleaner way then greasing your hands to press or mold rice krispies is by dipping your hands in water and shaking off the excess. Guarantee your hands won't stick and you won't have a greasy mess from rubbing butter or oil on them either.

    Recipe #209570

This recipe is a favorite in our house. Many a friend & family have requested a copy of this recipe to take home after they've been over for dinner. I have also added seafood to this dish for a different twist. Once you have the main sauce made you can add whatever meat or seafood you desire. I have also added mushrooms and broccoli. Have fun and enjoy.

    Recipe #205388

I love this recipe because it is very quick and easy. The ingredients for this recipe are always in most peoples houses. I've been known to whip up a loaf in the morning when I realized I was out of bread for school lunches. I don't always use the egg white in the recipe unless you want a crispy crust. Most times I just brush on butter after if comes out of the oven. This recipe is tried and true and loved by all in my circle of family and friends; enjoy. Notes: Easy and with no milk. I have also added Parmesan, thyme, garlic after the flour and salt just to give it an added flavor change every now and then. Serving Ideas: Wonderful w/ pastas or stews.
