This is from a shortcuts cookbook put out by the Australian Meat & Livestock Corporation. The sauce has a lovely tang and it's a good way to use up leftover apricot nectar.

    Recipe #376526

This is from drinkswap and is definitely one to sip on, it's quite strong but it has heat, spice & then that delicious creamy undertone from the Baileys. This would be perfect after a day in the snow!

    Recipe #376424

A recipe from....you guessed it "Cooking with wine" by Betty Dunleavy, love the sound of this one over a nice juicy steak..

    Recipe #376114

This is another recipe from Betty Dunleavy's Book "Cooking with Wine".. there are so many great sounding recipes in it, this I thought sounded like a great accompaniment to Corned Beef.

    Recipe #376110

From Cooking with wine by Betty Dunleavy, a lovely side to go with practically any main.

    Recipe #375609

Found in "Cooking with Wine" by Betty Dunleavy, this is so tasty!

    Recipe #375508

I got given a lot of flavoured coffee creamers in the coffee & tea swap & thought this sounded like a tasty & different way to use some, found on Sparkpeople. 18/03/10 - Finally tried this today but used sultanas instead of cherries & toasted sesame seeds in place of walnuts...all I can say is wow, what a tasty & delicious afternoon treat, healthy too!

    Recipe #375269

This recipe is from Sydney Markets, I love Chickpeas & couscous so this is on the menu for lunch soon. I'm not too keen on mint so I think I'll leave it out but use whatever suits you.

    Recipe #375265

I haven't tried this one yet but love how simple it sounds, posting here for safekeeping

    Recipe #375260

This is a really simple way to do a lovely creamy porridge, found on a Kraft website, we love ours with golden syrup but you can use honey to top if you prefer.

    Recipe #372612

This one caught my eye in a cooking with wine cookbook, posting here for safekeeping.

    Recipe #372180

Another from an Absolut flyer, fruit & tropical, I did it with mago nectar, yum!

    Recipe #372177

I received a package of mini Absolut's for Xmas and the flyer inside had a few great recipes including this one

    Recipe #372175

Another find from a book called "Cooking with wine" by Betty Dunleavy.

    Recipe #372173

I'm not sure where I found this recipe but it's a lovely little spin on mac n' cheese. I remember my Dad always having devilled ham spread on his toast when I was younger which was the inspiration for posting this find. The recipe doesn't specify to saute the vegies first but I think it might be a good idea especially if you don't like getting those "hard" bits in your casserole.

    Recipe #371718

My daughter requested a smoothie and being autumn here we don't have a great fresh fruit choice for a good price so I raided the freezer and came up with this. It was quite thick so more suited to eating with a spoon but oh so delicious.

    Recipe #371003

I was surprised this isn't on Zaar, this is quite a popular cocktail in most bars in Australia, gorgeous purple colour when it's made too.

    Recipe #369105

Smooth & Silky, a great dessert cocktail.

    Recipe #369104

From Cocktails & Finger Food, fruity & tropical, reminds me of the wonderful cocktails served in Bali..

    Recipe #369079

Another Cocktail from Cocktails & Finger Food.
