Got this off of Captain Morgan USA's Face book page. There is no recipe like this on Food.com so I thought I'd add it. I thought I'd make a suggestion on the raw egg. There is a risk of getting sick from raw eggs. There are egg alternatives out there that are far safer.

If you are apart of the Joy Bauer's Diet this is one of 3 different Life Soup's you should have every day with dinner if you don't have a salad. Since this site makes it so much easier to plan shopping lists I'm adding them here. It's a inexpensive diet feel free to check it out here: http://www.joybauer.com/members/foodandrecipes/recipes/viewrecipe.aspx?recipeid=10499&usermealplanid=84263771

Ok, I love pumpkin a bit too much maybe. I know Vegan & Paleo diets are all the rage right now, but due to health reasons many people can't eat or handle Gluten. Having at least 2 friends who that's the case I felt it was imperative to add this recipe. I didn't find any similar recipes to this. Here is the link to the original blog post. http://www.glutenfreeveganlove.com/vegan-gluten-free-recipes/starbucks-copycat-gluten-free-vegan-and-paleo-pumpkin-scones/

Tripped over this while looking to see if one could substitute regular milk for Buttermilk. I didn't exactly find the answer but this was a good solution. Now I just need white vinegar or Lemon juice. LOL

The smoker king has lots of great recipes. This was the 1st MOP I've ever tried and was pleased with the results! (http://www.thesmokerking.com/) Tips: 1. This BBQ mop can be applied with a mop brush or by placing the finished produce in a spray bottle. (Let the mop cool before placing in a spray bottle.). The apple juice is a great addition to a mop because it is not an overpowering flavor, and adds sweetness to the meat. 2. Shake well each time before spraying if you use a spray bottle or stir well before applying with a mop brush.

    Recipe #518613

This is based off of several brine recipes I've found. I combined them together and lets just say I couldn't stop eating even though I was full. I've used this for poultry, pork & beef. I always leave stuff in to brine over night but you can find brining suggestions here: http://www.cookshack.com/store/Smokin-Okies-101-Series/Brining-101

Saw this on Survival News Online. Sounded good and there's no recipe like this on here so I'm placing it here not only to share but so I can find it easily. http://www.survivalnewsonline.com/index.php/2012/12/hardtack-and-gravy/

    Recipe #511499

The other recipes on here have more ingredients this is a simple basic way to make it. Perfect survival food. I recall when I was younger them having some on a plate at Plymouth Plantation and they said that even though it was hundreds of years old it was still ok to eat. This recipe was found on Survival News Online. http://www.survivalnewsonline.com/index.php/2012/02/hardtack-a-great-survival-food-stock/
