Saw this on Survival News Online. Sounded good and there's no recipe like this on here so I'm placing it here not only to share but so I can find it easily.
The other recipes on here have more ingredients this is a simple basic way to make it.
Perfect survival food. I recall when I was younger them having some on a plate at Plymouth Plantation and they said that even though it was hundreds of years old it was still ok to eat.
This recipe was found on Survival News Online.
Got this off of Facebook. This recipe is different than the other 3 I found. Not by much. Many include a dipping sauce with their recipe but I'm going to post it separate.
Try eating this with Avocado Cream Dipping Sauce.
This is from Melanie Kerwin's Facebook page. She posts a lot of neat recipes. Although there are many other Hummus recipes on this site I didn't find any as unique as this one.
Other recipes call for Cumin so I added it as an optional ingredient.
There are tons of different cucumber salad recipes this one more reminds me of the tomato salad recipes with the exception of there are no tomatoes in the original recipe. So I added them as an optional item.
I also got this on Facebook it was shared from a closed group.
From a Facebook post.
Thanks to a fellow Food.com user here is where the original recipe on the net is located. http://www.pomanmeals.com/cheesy-broccoli-patties/
A friend of mine posted this on Facebook. I saw similar recipes but nothing quite the same as this one. The ingredients listed optional were not part of this recipe but seen in others.

I'd seen this on Facebook and it looked so yummy. There are tons of different recipies here on Food.com but they didn't come close to this one. So I'm adding it. You can find the original post of this recipe on BodyRock.Tv. It just looked to yummy not to store & share here.
By the way the link shows great step by step photos if you need them.
