Found at Epicurious and submitted for safekeeping. This recipe will fill a rectangular tart pan (13-1/2x4x1) or a 8-1/2" round tart pan. Use one with a removable bottom, if possible.

    Recipe #433801

Delicious salad I've made many times to rave reviews. Enjoy!

    Recipe #419817

This looks delicious and I'm posting here for safekeeping. Follow-up: Keep an eye on your roasting veggies. Mine were done in 30 minutes and I lowered the temp to 400 F. To please DH, I'm going to try sausage in the mix next time. All in all, a nice change of pace!

    Recipe #419623

Alton Brown's version of a chicken enchilada lasagna. Hope you enjoy it!

    Recipe #414313

I fashioned this recipe after trying recipe #404624. Amounts are approximate. It came together quickly and we enjoyed it very much. Have also tried this with a potato crust, see recipe #34856. Let me know what you think.

    Recipe #405607

This is a recipe my husband made for me before we were married. He had a repertoire of three dishes and this was by far the best. We like it with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Amounts are approximate as I always just kind of eyeball it when I throw it together. The barbecue sauce is what flavors this meatloaf so be generous. It's a great comfort food meal; hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Makes terrific sandwiches, too.

    Recipe #314673

As a lover of blue cheese (and shortbread, for that matter) this looked like an easy and different option for an appetizer. Let me know what you think. Adapted from the Sonoma Valley Culinary School. Preparation times does not include chilling time.

    Recipe #289935

This is a basic marinara sauce to use anytime, but especially with recipe #234162. A must try!

    Recipe #289621

I lived in New Zealand for a short time in the mid-80s and my landlord, Dulcie Peterson, made the most wonderful persimmon chutney. I've always regretted not getting her recipe, but I found this one offered by Bon Appetit. I haven't tried it yet, but hope to soon. I don't recall Dulcie's being particularly spicy, but I'm hoping to enjoy this recipe as much as I did hers.

    Recipe #288767

This tastes like summer to me, and living in the often gray Pacific Northwest, I make it frequently to brighten things up. We usually serve this with lots of crusty bread, but the sauce would be terrific on pasta as well. Compliments of the Silver Palate Cookbook.

    Recipe #288613

Simple, delicious vegetarian dish compliments of my MIL. It may seem like a lot of salt, but I think it adds a lot to the flavor of the dish.

    Recipe #287836

I've had this recipe for years. It was the star of an office party hosted by my boss's wife. We all requested the recipe and I've used it frequently. You can get creative with the type of preserves you use; I've tried a variety of fruit w/chilis preserves for a nice kick. I usually serve it with brown rice pilaf and roasted regetables. My dh requests it often and my girls love it, too. Makes terrific leftovers!

    Recipe #287486

I found this recipe in Real Simple magazine, October 2007. It's just that and yields a great result. My dh is a pork fan and I'm always looking for new ways to prepare it. I love the roasted vegetables and fruit, and with a simple salad and crusty bread you're good to go. I've used sweet potatoes instead of white with tasty results as well. Enjoy!
