This recipe was in the local newspaper. It is an adaptation from a recipe by Mark Bittman in "How to Cook Everything, Holiday Cooking". I haven't tried it yet but reading the recipe made my mouth water.
This recipe is from a cookbook that says that the pancakes are like the ones from the International House of Pancakes (IHOP). I've never had banana nut pancakes from there but I liked the taste of these (even though I didn't make the banana syrup).
This recipe is from the "First for Women" magazine. I sometimes subsitute pepperoni for the prosciutto and sometimes add mozzarella in order to make this more substantial - it ends up being my main course. :)
