Again this can be used as a complete meal. Add a glass of chablis to complete a simple evening dinner for 2. I'm not sure where this recipe came from, but it is 2 recipes from two separate places - I tend to create my meals this way. It's much easier to put foods together.

Quick and easy use of mussels and white wine

    Recipe #192041

great for brunch or quick breakfast. Heck, awesome dinner for two also!

    Recipe #192040

Great hearty meal. Easy to make and fairly inexpensive. If you will notice, I don't have time for fancy side dishes so I try to post "entire" meals. That way I can just print them out and all my ingrediets are already there.

    Recipe #110190

    Awesome meal - complete dinner!

    Recipe #109911

Updated, finally - After 5 years, ha ha

    Recipe #36792

Great Springtime Adult beverage. You might need to add more sugar depending on the ripeness of the fruit.

    Recipe #32135

This is something I threw together with things I found in the fridge. It's a nice lunch, or "lite" dinner salad. Serve with crusty wheat rolls and a glass of chabli.

    Recipe #30439

Quick and easy accompanyment to any meal. I hate to throw away fruits and veggies, so I threw this one together with leftovers in the refrigerator. Quite tasty.

    Recipe #30278

I love Green Tea, I can never seem to get it strong enough to serve over ice. So, I added a regular tea bag and a hint of Orange. This is a wonderful iced tea. You can add sugar if you prefer "sweetened" tea.

    Recipe #30259

I like to serve a vegetable (or two) and a fruit with every meal. It's hard to find interesting side dishes that the kids will eat. This one went over very well. It goes nicely with Asian influenced meals.

    Recipe #30245

I bruise easily, and Vitamin A is the key. I try to find interesting ways to serve Avocado because it is so rich in Vitamin A. (I don't worry about the fat in Avocado). This goes well as a side dish for Enchiladas, Quesadillas or any Mexican style foods.

    Recipe #30239

Quick and easy side dish. I do not add any salt to my dishes, you may want to add a pinch to the water tomato sauce mixture -- It's up to you.

    Recipe #30167

Easy Salad to throw together, and another one the "french chef" liked. Goes well with almost any meal. If you want to give it some kick, add some Feta Cheese!

    Recipe #30089

Easy and quick! Serve this with mandarin oranges over cottage cheese. You can also add fresh snow peas and carrots.

    Recipe #30047

Quick and Easy, meatless entree. I served this with a side of pineapple rings stuffed with cottage cheese, and refrigerated bread sticks. This is another recipe that my husband enjoyed, and I have no idea where I got it.

    Recipe #29721

Original Recipe name is Catfish Allison. I changed some of the ingredients, but the original recipe came from "The Catfish Cookbook". It has different dishes from famous chef's. I guess Allison someone or another created this dish - I can't find the book now. I served this dish with steamed asparagus and new potatoes. It is very rich, and filling.

    Recipe #29686

This was an excellent meal. I was actually surprised how easy it was. I served it with steamed carrots, broccoli and sliced french bread.

    Recipe #29594

This is a nice filling meal when served with a spinach, broccoli and carrot salad. Add some bruschetta and it's complete!

    Recipe #29545

Wonderfully delicious! Excellent lunch or "lite" dinner. Serve with toasted pita. My husbad adores this dish.
