This dish was served at a small drive-in type eatery that my Aunt worked at in Detroit years ago. It sounds odd, but it's really good!

    Recipe #288044

This chicken salad is a little different. It has a secret ingredient that makes everyone ask "what is that?" The key to any good salad, in my opinion, is to roast chicken on the bone with the skin on. Give this one a try and let me know what you think! Oh, and one more thing, you can subsitute the celery for chopped water chestnuts ( I did that for a friend who wasn't big on celery). Enjoy!

    Recipe #287902

This casserole is great when having a large amount of people over, or just for a lazy Saturday morning. I am going to post my original recipe, but I change it up all of the time! I make this on holiday mornings.

    Recipe #287325

This is a variation of recipe #140878 that I posted under KellyinNC (I can't access my old account!!). My family enjoys Western style Mexican dishes and I use this for tacos, enchiladas, stuff Anaheim peppers, tostados, the list goes on. You can make it as spicy as you like. Season heavily because the spices "steam away".

    Recipe #287022

This is a recipe that we used growing up on Maui. We mostly used it to marinade chicken or beef short rips and then grill the. Because of the sugar content, like barbecue sauce, be careful because it burns easily. I always cook on the grill using indirect heat.
