    Light Pesto Sauce
    Handle

Awesome pesto recipe using NO oil. It is extremely flavorful and freezes well. Gets its zing from nice amount of garlic and lemon juice. Can be served over pasta, or as a sauce for beef, shrimp, etc. Give it a try!!

    Beef Pasta Soup
    Handle

Fabulous, quick and hearty soup! It's ready in no time and is so tasty. I think I found this in a Light & Tasty Magazine a few years back, but not sure. For the frozen vegetables in garlic sauce, I use Green Giant, which comes in a bigger bag..I use the whole thing. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #201361

    Spicy Seafood Bisque
    Handle

This spicy soup gets its kick from hot pepper sauce and cayenne pepper. Simple to make and goes great with a lot of different meals, or just as great with a simple salad.

    New England Pierogies Dinner
    Handle

This is the easiest dinner!! One pot, one serving dish...only minutes to prepare AND cook! When corn on the cob is not in season, I simply add a drained can of corn. Leftovers taste even better!! Not sure where I got this recipe, but I have made this dish over and over again and never get tired of it.
