Taken from the Light & Tasty Magazine. Recipe is loaded with beans, romatoes, rice and seasonings. Delicious served with corn muffins.

    Recipe #202016

Taken from the pages of Light & Tasty magazine, this is a great alternative to the higher fat versions of ranch dressing. Nice on a dinner salad or as a veggie dip.

    Recipe #202006

Great light salad! We usually have this as the main course with some whole grain bread. Fabulous! Can be made on outdoor or indoor grill. Prep time includes time to marinade.

    Recipe #202004

A healthy alternative to ranch dip for all of that veggie dipping. This recipe was found in the Light & Tasty Magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but that's because I just found it buried at the bottom of my recipe box! Enjoy! (cooking time is refrigeration time)

    Recipe #202002

Here's a great way to dress up an ordinary dish. The crust adds another layer of taste and it is dressy enough to serve guests.

    Recipe #202001

Nice addition to any gathering. The dill adds a great taste to this dip. It usually vanishes quite fast!

    Recipe #202000

This recipe is already lightened by using ham instead of corned beef. You can further lighted by using light or fat free thousand island dressing and reduced fat swiss cheese. A snap to put together and very tasty to boot!

    Recipe #201996

Great spring dish when sugar snap peas are in season! Nice veggie side instead of the usual corn or green beans, etc. Simple, easy and quick.

    Recipe #201994

Great salad for potluck dinner. Fantastic served with grilled steak, corn on the cob, etc. Cooking time is refrigeration time.

    Recipe #201993

Easy to prepare and makes a great light dinner or lunch. The citrus adds a nice tang to the overall taste of this salad.

    Recipe #201661

Cherries add a nice tartness to the pork chops in this recipe. Easy to fix, but can be elegantly served. This recipe serves 2, however certainly can be doubled, etc.

    Recipe #201632

A different way to cook chicken that is very versatile. I have it pictured here on top of a salad of mixed baby greens, blue cheese, dried cranberries and pecans. Topped the whole thing with raspberry vinegarette and wow! It is also very good on it's own, or even on sandwiches the next day. Fabulous!!

    Recipe #201630

This is a great, light pasta dish with very little oil. Please note to adjust the cooking time if using pasta other than spaghetti. I often omit the olives due to a daughter that doesn't like them and it's still fabulous. You can also adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your liking. Another variation is to use cherry tomatoes, halved instead of regular tomatoes. My family really enjoys this dish, hope you do too!!

    Recipe #201582

A lighter version of ham and cheese noodle casserole, it uses cottage cheese and veggies for fillers, and tastiness from dill. Even the kids devoured this one.

    Recipe #201539

I think a salad tastes so much better with homemade dressing on it! This is a nice compliment to a tossed salad and will keep in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks. I have already made it without the savory, and it's still good, can hardly notice. Very fresh and light! (cook time is refrigeration time)

    Recipe #201532

A terrific sandwich for lunch or dinner. Very authentic taste and absolutely delicious! I have the recipe for the greek seasoning I use also posted on Recipezaar if you'd like to use it. If not, it can be purchased in stores. Enjoy!

    Recipe #201530

This recipe was taken from the Light & Tasty magazine and was a huge hit with the entire family. It is fabulous!

    Recipe #201528

Ethnic blend of spices to be used on meats, poultry, salads and many other dishes. This one is made with spices found in most kitchens already and is quick to mix up. Makes enough for one to four recipes.

    Recipe #201529

Fabulous, warm yummy tomatoes. Great as a side dish for almost any entree. Low in calories and so good for you!!

    Recipe #201495

Fresh, zingy salad. Great for light lunch or as a take along for a potluck. Enjoy! (Cook time is refrigeration time)
