    This is perhaps one of my all-time favorite easy & quick lunches. My mom would make these for me when I'd come home for a lunch break in college, and I loved them so much I started making them on my own!     Yummy, easy breakfast! The original recipe said to use regular size bagels, but mini bagels are more fun and easier for little kiddo hands to grab! :) I cool these and then throw them into a freezer bag and freeze until I'm ready for one... then just microwave until warm!     I was feeling creative one day and came up with this. I admit I didn't really measure my ingredients, but this is the best estimate I came up with. :) Also, I used the garden vegetable low-fat cream cheese, but I'm sure some of the other flavored ones could be good too... [chive and onion, garlic and herb, etc.] Enjoy!

    I came up with this recipe with a few leftovers in my fridge. YUM! The chicken I used was seasoned with a taco seasoning packet, but any cooked chicken will do. Enjoy!

    I came up with this dip to make eating fruit a little more fun. This is quite tasty and you will want to eat the whole bowl! :) This little dip is also great because you don't have to wait to defrost your Cool Whip. I love it with strawberries but it could be great with apples, bananas, or any other fruit you prefer!
